As a food supplement, it is recommended to take 1 sachet 1-2 times/day, morning and evening, preferably during or 30 minutes after a meal, or according to the instructions of your doctor, pharmacist or nutritionist. For better results, long-term use is indicated, for at least 3 months.

Method of preparation:
